Mtolo & Nzimande Attorneys Inc. is a 100% black-owned law firm that was established in January 2026 led by extraordinary legal minds who have specialised and extensive knowledge in the area of their practice being Mr. Cebolenkosi Mtolo and Mr. Sphephelo Nzimande, the admitted attorneys of the High Court of South Africa.

The firm officially launched in January 2026, with its first branch in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal with its directors driven by their passion for bring access to justice for all of its clients, their understanding of the practice of law and the success of the firm.
